II. Terms of Sale

a. Product Information and Warranties

The goods you are purchasing are not subject to warranties of any kind. The product(s) purchased is/are gently used clothing and accessories, and you recognize there may be certain defects with the product(s) purchased. SellmePretty attempts to ensure any such defects are minor however, cannot and does not make any warranties of any kind.

b. Payment

Payment for all products purchased on the Website will be accomplished through Visa, Mastercard or American Express. SellmePretty will not process any online payments and takes no responsibility for the processing, protection or other security of payments made through these or any third-party payment providers.

c. Pricing and Availability

SellmePretty tries to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on the Website are accurate; however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

d. Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs will be charged in addition to the purchase price. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost of the transaction. Orders will ship within 3 business days from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is the date upon which SellmePretty receives confirmation of payment from the third-party payment providers utilized to complete the transaction. Business days are Monday – Friday. You will be sent a confirmation email once the goods have been dispatched if you provide your email address as part of the transaction or complete it as a logged in user of the Website.

You may return the product(s) within Four (4) days of the purchase date for a refund excluding the original  shipping cost.  Upon SellmePretty's receipt of the returned product and confirmation that it is in the same condition as it was at the date of purchase, you will be issued merchandise credit for the purchase price of the returned product. In order to complete a return and obtain merchandise credit.

You agree that , including but not limited to, graphics, user interface, content, and the scripts and software used to implement SellmePretty, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by SellmePretty and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
